- the science and movement of Kundalini Yoga
- the Sacred Sound of Mantra
- you may want to bring a journal to record
- and the much-needed, meditation

Can you believe we are quickly approaching the Fall Equinox?! With all that is happening in the world around us, let's focus on how important it is to take time to honour what is happening for you in the seasonal changes.
This particular season marks the end and a beginning. The change of colours with Fall is the perfect time to reflect and to embrace this change. As we may be sad to leave the heat of the summer, it is time to prepare and to welcome in the cooler weather.
There are certain tools we can use to help simplify this shift. For example, taking Triphala in the evenings can help support the digestive system. As we start to eat more soups and root vegetables, we find a way to nourish the body.
This will be my first time teaching a Special Yoga Class on the Equinox! Gathering together online, or at Coral-Lei's (3 students max), allows for a deeper connection of healing. We will attempt to breathe and practice moving our body's in unison.
