Peaceful Awareness Yoga is an infusion of Self Awakening Therapeutics (a Feldenkrais movement inquiry), Iyengar, Vinyasa and Restorative Yoga. This is an invitation to reprogram your bodies response to stress and an embodied experience where individuals can slow down enough to recognize where tension is held in the body.
Muriel teaches classes that deep and mindful in order to help her students feel relaxed, at ease and in touch with their most authentic selves.
