Peaceful Way Wellness Vinyasa Yoga moves through gentle or vigorous breath guided flowing asana sequences with a focus on postural and energetic alignment and nature imagery. Enthusiasm and genuine love pours through the teaching.
The sequences integrate standing, balancing, backbending, forward bending, twisting and joint opening (shoulder, hip, spine) asanas while strengthening, limbering, releasing tension, and centering body and mind.
The natural, outdoor world is integrated into the vinyasa yoga practice through internally inspired visualizations thus deepending the students' present moment time experience by engaging all their senses.
As a student of the yoga teacher training, you will be educated, inspired and supported as you grow toward optimal wellness in body, mind and spirit.
