Pelvic Floor Fitness for Women’s Health
This workshop is a slow and detailed exploration of the physical and energetic anatomy of the female pelvis, and how it relates to our sense of balance, centering and ‘Self’. It is beneficial to most every woman: post-natal, peri-menopausal, etc.

If you are challenged by mild incontinence, sexual dysfunction, lack of tone or awareness, this class could be very helpful.
Dress in comfortable clothing and bring a sweater and socks. We will be doing some slow yoga movements. No prior yoga experience is necessary. Please note that the class is located up one flight of stairs. Chairs will be available if you would prefer to sit rather than be on the floor. Please make your reservation by email. Future workshops will focus on the male anatomy. This workshop will be offered regularly in San Miguel in 2014.
