Phil Mason's Yoga Retreat
Located within the stunning Greek island of Corfu, a break at Just Relax allows you to reconnect your senses and find space within your surroundings.
Our experienced and inspiring yoga teachers will challenge your mind and body, encouraging you to enhance your overall wellbeing through daily practice of yoga techniques.
Type of Event
Phil loves to teach a blend of yoga styles to show that movement can be our medicine and, also, that it can be fun! Adopting a smile-more and stress-less approach, morning practises will be playful, energising vinyasa flows designed to connect movement with breath.
Evening sessions will explore the many layers of Yin Yoga, a practise that he has come to see as the essential antidote to fast-paced modern living. As we embrace the art of slowing down, Phil will interweave the stillness with tai-chi flows, fascia science and elemental psychology.
He is also trained in Myo-Yin (the fusion of yin yoga with trigger-point release and self massage techniques). Personal sessions will be available with Phil during the week to experience this or to deepen your yoga practise.
A friendly and laid-back guy with south coast roots, Phil is never happier than being by the ocean with his feet in the sand hanging out with good people. He is music mad (expect epic playlists!) and his other loves include going up mountains and sports.
The package per student (7 nights) includes:
5 Greek vegetarian dinners (no dinner during the day off and the tour day).
1 Greek lunch (on the tour day).
20 min welcome massage.
2 yoga sessions per day (morning and evening).
1 Mountain tour or Boat trip to a peninsula for the evening yoga session (will depend on the weather…)
Also please note, 1 day will be free of everything, to give the opportunity to everybody to visit the island or to do whatever they want…
