Join Eliza, an experienced and qualified physiotherapist, who is CERTIFIED to teach the Pilates Method.
She will provide expert supervision throughout this 4-week Level 1 course.
This course is ideal for those new to Pilates, and/or for students looking to refine their Pilates fundamentals.
Eliza will introduce students to the Five Basic Pilates Principles and establish a solid foundation from which to progress.
