Join Jamie for a 3 hour Pilates mini workshop. Pilates is a series of low impact exercises to build strength, flexibility, balance and inner awareness with emphasis on the core. Joseph Pilates called his method Contrology “the comprehensive integration of body, mind and spirit.” In this workshop we’ll learn how the Pilates Method started, go through the principles of Pilates exercises and then dive into an extended Pilates class. All levels are welcome.
