Yoga is for every-BODY. Yoga emphasizes function over form, and its practice can be modified for everyone regardless of shape or size. We are not limited by our curves—people of all shapes, sizes and levels can reap the benefits, including you!

- This class is for all if you've never practiced yoga before!

Join Caitlin for this 8 week class that uses the healing discipline of yoga and offers a broad range of other tools for supporting your health, healing and personal transformation. This class will meet you where you are and guide you on your individual journey to balanced & joyful living. Each class is taught with care and laughter and will help you to reach your goals safely, at your own pace. Through the regular practice of yoga, you will develop strength, balance, flexibility and and mind/body connections in a fun, safe and comfortable environment. In this class you will become familiar with conscious yogic breathing, yoga poses using modifications and props to accommodate larger bodies, guided meditation and some yoga philosophy.
The proven benefits of yoga are too numerous to cover but just to name a few: improves physical performance and stamina, increases attention, focus and creativity increase, reduces stress and stress-related problems, stabilizes moods, and alleviates a wide range of physical ailments - back pain, arthritis, etc. Yoga also aids in the process of self-discovery and personal transformation and provides an avenue for spiritual growth.
