Start your morning on a high with an accessible, fun, playful and energizing yoga flow at the Yodogawa or Yodo River. This is an easy and creative yoga class suitable for all levels. It includes breath work, meditation, song, dance and yoga asana.
Arrive at least 10 minutes before the class to set up. Bring your own mat (BYOM) or a large towel, and some water. Wear comfortable clothes that allow you to stretch easily.
It is recommended that you do yoga on an empty stomach. Leave at least 90 minutes between breakfast and the class if you plan on having a meal before, or simply have a light snack, tea or coffee.
Please consult a doctor if you have an injury or serious illness before taking this or any fitness class, if you are pregnant or if you have recently given birth. Inform the teacher before booking.
* Yodogawa can be accessed from Nishinakajima-Minamigata Station on the Midosuji Subway Line.
* The class will be cancelled in case of rain.
