Port Townsend Yoga Retreat

Nothing short of magical, this springtime retreat creates deep, meaningful connections with friends, new and old, as we practice and play together among the tranquil vibes of Port Townsend. This retreat is open to all levels of yoga experience, and includes 4 yoga classes, a leisurely hike, and a farm-to-table lunch. Accommodations are separate.

Full Description

Port Townsend is a magical combination of land and sea, with panoramic views, incredible restaurants specializing in local fare, eclectic shopping experiences, and the best wine and brew in the northwest.

Our yoga sessions will share in the spirit of love, connection, and well-being. Be energized, inspired, and encouraged in our all-levels yoga sessions led by Cassandra Mitchell, Jo Parsons Engel, and Jessica McKeown.

Enjoy a group farm-to-table lunch, followed by optional light hike through Fort Worden on Saturday afternoon. A full Yogi Day, followed by an optional dinner at The Fountain Cafe.

Arrival, a gentle flow, easing you into your weekend's journey
Working out the kinks of the car ride!
Optional meet up Sirens Pub (a local fave)

Saturday 11:30am -1
Give yourself permission to move with your own ebb and flow.
This 90-minute playful, energizing practice will inspire us to continue our discovery through play on our walk through the forest!

1-2 Break Bread
Farm to table lunch. Local fresh fare.
All diet needs can be met.
Bon' Appetit!

2:30 Our gentle hike is always a highlight of the weekend. Climb on fixtures, spot a deer, 360 degree views of the Strait of Juan de Fuca. Bring a camera!

4:15 - 6
Back to relaxing and working out the mental and physical knots and blocks in the body and mind. After a full day of practice and play, we'll be ready for the slow flow, followed by Yoga Nidra. A mind healing, sleep yoga.

7:30 Optional meet up for dinner The Fountain Cafe

Sunday 11-1
Our last session of the weekend, I like to leave some space for. Don't expect to do Yoga for a whole 2 hours on this day :)

Madrona MindBody Institute does have yoga mats, blocks, and blankets. Feel free to bring anything of your own that you would like.
