Poses that Heal -Therapy Training

If a student walks into your class and says they have: back, shoulder, neck, sciatic or knee pain, do you now what poses to teach? Even if you do, would you like to know how to make the poses more effective?

Janet and Amy will show you how to help people to heal their bodies and relieve their pain.

Individual workshops are $40.

Full Description

1. You will receive 6 hours of training in the most common areas of pain - back, shoulders, neck, hips and knees.
2. You will get a photograph of every pose that is taught and written instructions for how to do the pose in anatomical alignment. You can create your own yoga therapy notebook to refer back to time and time again. Write your own notes on the pose sheets to increase your understanding.
3. Practice on people with pain and highen your understanding of yoga therapy.
