Full Description

Amy Kraft and Janet Rae Humphrey know a lot about yoga and knees. Between them they have had 10 knee surgeries. Using the process of align, engage and then move, they have discovered how to keep their knees safe and have avoided more knee surgeries. Amy has taught for 45 years and is an expert on yoga therapy. Janet combines her background in neuromuscular diseases with her creative talents to give you a sequence that you can practice on your own to keep your knees safe.

Join them Friday, May 6 at Dave's Astanga from 3:30 to 5:30 for a workshop that is essential to all yoga teachers and anyone who has knees - that means all of you.
