Fundamentals of effective yoga teaching for regular and special populations
Restorative, Gentle, Yin, Prenatal and Post Natal Yoga, Yoga Nidra
A solid understanding of the bones, muscles and fascia involved in effective yoga practice.
A deep exploration of the subtle body and energy alignment through the lens of Ayurveda, Chinese Medicine and observation
Seeing and understanding bodies
Adapting yoga postures for different bodies and conditions (Effective use of props and modifications)
Art of Breathing, mindfulness tecniques and meditation
Grounding in yoga teacher business skills
