Come and experience the powerful effects of Yogi Ashokananda’s Prana Kriya Yoga and Meditation.

Using a completely different set of movements (kriyas) to the usual asanas in a yoga practice (there are no down dogs or cobras here!) this transformative form of yoga works on a multitude of levels. Throughout the workshop you will be expertly guided so that you can experience the layer of your highest consciousness. Long been regarded by ancient yogis as an anti-ageing form of yoga, it is also one of the most effective and safe ways to quickly shed excess unwanted weight. On the emotional and mental level you will feel revived and rekindled as you awaken the hidden energy (kundalini) within you allowing you to transform and free yourself from limiting beliefs and old behavioural patterns.

Kriyashakti Meditation will follow the practice of Prana Kriya Yoga and it is one of the best remedies for improving concentration and memory as it fine tunes the mind. It is also highly effective for erasing depression, anxiety and stress giving you greater self-
awareness and self-respect. As a meditation practice it draws the energy inwards and an ecstatic and all peaceful state of being can be experienced. It moves the prana (life force) through the body into your higher consciousness by using the breath, gentle concentration of the mind and subtle awareness of the process.

This workshop is open to all levels, and all experience including beginners. The workshop is also equivalent to 4 CPD points and a certificate can be issued if requested. This workshop will also give you a taste of Yogi’s 200 hour, 6 month Prana Kriya Yoga teacher training which commences from February 2015 in London.
