Prana Vidya. From movement to inner silence. Seminar with Ashutosh Sharma
Prana Vidya describes the style of hatha yoga of the Himalayan Tradition that emphasizes the subtle and meditative aspects of the practice. Works on awareness of prana to understand the relationship between mind and body, giving more attention to what is happening inside. There is a subtle observation of the mind, which moves from inside to outside, great respect and kindness in facilitating the flow of prana in the body parts that we want to activate, the other quite relaxing.

Ashutosh Sharma is an experienced teacher of hatha yoga. Born in 1972 in Rishikesh, India, he teaches yoga for about 20 years. He studied asana, pranayama and relaxation techniques in various schools of India. In 1992 he met Swami Rama of the Himalayas that addressed him to Swami Veda Bharati to deepen and intensify meditation practices in accordance with the Himalayan tradition. Since 1996, he travels regularly to Europe, Africa, Asia and North America to teach and disseminate Hatha Yoga. He's the hatha yoga reference teacher for the International School of Teacher Training Yoga and Meditation in the Himalayan tradition.
