Our Yoga Teacher Training program is for yoga practitioners who have a love for yoga born out of practice. We help these practitioners develop the skills needed to share yoga with students as professional teachers.

Class taught by Yoganand Michael Carroll & Tra Kilpatrick.
Students in this training will learn the essentials for teaching yoga: warm-ups, basic postures (asanas) along with modifications and variations, benefits and contraindications, basic anatomy and physiology as applied to yoga, yoga breathing techniques (pranayama), relaxation, meditation, and yogic philosophy. Students will also engage in many hours of supervised practice teaching.
Upon completion of this program, you will be able to design and lead yoga classes that will enable you to teach in any setting.
Yoganand Michael Carroll has been recognized as a Master-Level teacher in Kripalu yoga. After studying with Kripalu yoga masters in India & America, Yoganand taught at Kripalu Center for more than 15 years before founding Pranakriya yoga.
Tra Kilpatrick is a certified Pranakriya Yoga Therapist, Thai Bodyworker, and teacher. Led to the yoga mat nearly 2 decades ago, she has spent the past 8 years sharing the practices of Kripalu and Pranakriya Yoga with her students.
