Pranayama (90 mins) - A detailed exploration of eight yogic breaths to keep the body in vibrant health. Considered the ultimate medicine for all diseases, a complete system of self medication which naturally leads us to a heightened state of meditation.
Mantra Meditation (20 mins) - A deeply healing meditation using the power of mantra to prepare the body for sound healing.
Gong Sound Bath (60 mins) - Listening to the gong will re-pattern your magnetic field, clear the mind and create deep and blissful relaxation.
The aim of the workshop is to provide the tools in order to start your own regular Pranayama practice.
