These workshops combine the practice of restorative asanas and breath control (pranayama) with the study of Yoga texts: the Yoga philosophy (Yoga Sutra) of Patanjali, a mediaeval manual of practice (Hatha Yoga Pradipika) and other important works such as the Bhagavad Gita and selected Upanishads. They are suitable for everyone except beginners.
