Practicing Yoga can keep us away from illness and help us lead a healthy happy life. If we practice pranayama for just 30 minutes everyday, we can maintain a healthy physical condition as well as mental calmness and peace.

Join Tenzin Migmar, yoga teacher from Tibet, for a 4 class session to introduce you to the practice and benefits of daily pranayama. With your eyes closed and mind relaxed and calm, let the sense that all the positive energy is converging towards you and let your mind become free from all the negative emotions.
