An exploration of the sequence of 8 different Pranayama's designed to keep the body and mind in vibrant health. The aim is to use these tools daily to manage stress and master the mind.
Once the body is prepared through Pranayama, it is easier to release into awareness beyond time with meditation.
We conclude with a guided Yoga Nidra meditation for ultimate relaxation.
