This workshop, appropriate for beginners and advanced practitioners alike, will explore your relationship to breath, vitality, and energy. The structure will include some lecture on the yogic philosophy of breath, a practical asana practice, and plenty of time for questions.

Upon completing the workshop, you will leave with access to deep, full, and steady breathing, a clear understanding of what techniques you can safely use on a daily basis, and how to modify the practices when needed.

In this workshop we will:
-Learn some basic but very useful breathing techniques to relieve stress and stabilize the nerves
-Explore your relationship to breath, vitality, and energy
-Demystify the philosophy behind why the breath is so important in yoga and in life
-Apply and integrate what you’ve learned with a led yoga asana practice
