Full Description

We have planned this workshop with the idea in mind that you should be able join the whole program even if you need to work during the weekdays. If that is not possible you can also book the 3 weekdays and weekend separately but we do recommend doing the whole workshop.

Each day will start with a guided Pranayama practice and meditation by Emil.

This will be followed by an Asana practice taught by Grischa in the traditional style from Mysore / South India. This individual teaching method allows us to ideally support everyone in their Asana practice - from the absolute beginner to the most advanced student. So please don't worry if you are not famliar with this method. Please contact us if you are unsure about that.

The Asana class will be followed by a healthy breakfast.

Since we expect Yoga students from different traditions please let us know a little bit about your practice experience if you register for that workshop.

The workshop will be conducted in English (questions may be put in German language and of course we are happy to translate difficult terms if necessary).
