This workshop is designed for all levels of yoga, whether you are a complete beginner or seasoned yogi. The focus will be on the ways that yoga compliments other physical activities, aiming to give you a toolkit of asana (postures) that will help to release tension in specific areas of the body and prevent injury. Whilst improving flexibility, yoga also increases strength, balance and focus, something that all athletes require!

There will be a vinyasa yoga practice, which is a flowing style of yoga, followed by a more indepth look at the different asana and how they benefit other activities/exercise.

As well as teaching yoga Nathalie is a massage therapist and personal trainer, running fitness bootcamps for adults and young people. She is a keen runner and crossfitter and surfer, with first hand understanding of how yoga supports an active lifestyle.
