Private, one-on-one Pilates & Yoga training is the focus at Imprint Pilates. We focus directly on your individual goals & desires, & you will see & feel the results immediately. As your body changes, your instructor will be there to modify & advance your workout to meet your changing needs. You will correct posture, strengthen muscle weaknesses & imbalances, relieve tension, & strengthen your core.

Strengthen to support your baby while working your abdominals and at the same time relieving discomfort in the lower back. Pre-natal Pilates & Yoga creates a sense of centering and alignment to bring postural awareness and promote better balance throughout the pregnancy, while toning the arms legs & glutes. These exercises are ideal to prepare the body for labour and will ease the transition of recovery postnatal. A healthy mind and body is a wonderful way to begin one of life’s greatest journeys!
This is a unique experience for mothers–to-be to come in and be guided safely while gaining knowledge and strength through Imprint Pilates’ Prenatal Program. This private prenatal sessions will build each week from a beginner prenatal level program. You will learn Pilates principles, correct posture and learn exercises that are safe and supportive during pregnancy.
Focus will be on alignment of poses in exercises, Pilates & yoga breath work, and relaxation. Each session builds on the previous week's class, allowing you to absorb and apply what you've learned so that you feel comfortable & safe exercising through your pregnancy.
Each week you will gain more confidence in the poses and exercise flow, moving more fluidly, as you begin to strengthen in your Pilates practice.
Prenatal & postnatal programs are designed for beginner mommy’s-to-be but also welcomes those mommy’s-to-be who have practiced regular Pilates or yoga prior to being pregnant. We do also encourage students to have taken an intro private and some private sessions if they have never done Pilates or yoga before joint group classes.
