Join Janet for her Prenatal Yoga class at a new time and in a new space!
Prenatal yoga helps alleviates the discomforts of pregnancy, keeps you strong and fit, and helps you cultivate relaxation methods through the pairing of breath and movement. The class is open to all trimesters.
A brand new class session will begin on January 6th. If you sign up for the class on the night of the event, you will receive a discount on a prenatal massage with massage therapist, Ginger Yang,of LotusVoice.
