This is a six week class payable prior or on the night of the start date. Cash or check only.
Build body awareness, alleviate the aches and pains of pregnancy, and cultivate relaxation techniques through prenatal yoga. This dynamic and flowing class will focus on pairing breath with movement, help you maintain and build strength and flexibility, and help you find ways to stay relaxed through pregnancy and beyond.
My classes are suitable for all trimesters.
