Join us for an eight week prenatal yoga series designed to embrace the journey of pregnancy and prepare for childbirth. We’ll combine breathwork and sound vibration with the strength training and therapeutics of yoga postures tailored for expectant mothers in order to help ease the discomforts of pregnancy while enhancing body awareness, fostering relaxation and bonding with the little one growing inside you, and building a toolbox of techniques for labor and delivery. Classes will move through active, flowing poses to restorative poses and meditation, all the while bringing together a community of moms-to-be. All levels of yoga and all stages of pregnancy are welcome.
