Marie Jean Singh BSN, ERYT 200 is an energetic, inspiring, balanced certified yoga teacher, a labor and delivery nurse that has over 10years’ experience teaching prenatal yoga. Her style of teaching is an eclectic style emphasizing prana, mantra, flow, awareness, breathing/pranayama, yoga nidra, using asanas that are therapeutic, working on the body, mind, and soul.
