Prenatal Yoga Classes at Blue Pyramid Yoga & Meditation Centre opens for the Winter Season on 1st of January and will continue to operate till end of April. Pregnancy Yoga begins every afternoon at 16:00 pm till 18:00 pm (except sunday).

Its even recommended for women to prepare their bodies and minds for conceiving a baby, helping to increase fertility.
A regular Prenatal Yoga practice will assist you accommodate your growing baby in your body, by relieving pain, fatigue, swelling, nausea and support you through changes on an hormonal and emotional level.
