Prenatal Yoga Series (6 weeks)

Six week sessions are held back to back on Saturdays at 9:30 or 11:00 am.

We will incorporate gentle yoga poses to alleviate aches and pains that commonly occur during pregnancy. We will focus on breath work that will be an integral component of birthing your baby. All poses are designed to increase flexibility and strength while generating confidence in our bodies ability to birth our babies!
My classes are safe and accessible for women of all ages and stages of pregnancy as well as all fitness levels. Absolutely no prior yoga experience is necessary and each class is appropriate for the beginner or seasoned practitioner. Wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat and water bottle. All other necessary props will be provided.
