In this workshop you will learn a range of techniques including yoga, Pilates and meditation, to nurture body and mind in the initial weeks following your baby’s birth. These tools will help you manage the effects of breastfeeding, emotional fluctuations and postpartum recovery. Previous yoga experience is not required.
