Primary Series Weekend Immersion II
THIS IS A VIRTUAL ONLINE WORKSHOP which will be taught via Zoom
Cost: $128 if registered before June 1st // $160 after
June 13th from 1-5pm AND June 14th 1:30-5:30pm
In this immersion, we’ll explore the second half of the Ashtanga Primary Series, and breakdown each posture and transition into detail. This is a challenging set of postures that, when approached gracefully and consistently over time, will build great physical, mental, and spiritual strength. This workshop is for the person who desires for their ashtanga yoga practice to grow and become a healing force in their life.
Primary Series postures (Navasana - Setu Bandhasana)
Backbending (Urdhva Dhanurasana)
Inversion Sequence (Salamba Sarvangasana - Sirsasana)
Developing your personal practice
Yoga Ethics in practice (Yama and Niyama)
Self care for Ashtangis
Pre-requisite: At least 6 months practicing ashtanga yoga OR completion of Primary Series Weekend Immersion I. There is no posture pre-requisite, but the first half of primary series should be a familiar to you.
