How does your physical posture affect your behaviour?
This workshop is about Anatomy, Posture, Mind, Emotions and Yoga.
Learn how physical posture affects emotions and visa versa. You will be introduced to the 7 Body Types and discover hidden talents as well as limiting patterns of behavior related to each body type. Integrating body and mind helps one to live better and manage others in a more creative way. Also ideal for parents to better understand stages of development and growth in their kids.
This workshop is for anyone interested in the relationship between body, mind and behaviour patterns. Also very topical for Yoga teachers, Therapists, Psychologists, HR, Biokineticists, Consultants and anyone interested in personal growth.

Attendance of module 1 not required. Module 1 content will be briefly reviewed and then more elaboration on the psychological and emotional aspects, including practical exercises.

BEV WILKINSON
As a qualified Postural Integration Therapist (in Belgium), Bev started her very successful mind/body therapeutic practice in South Africa 22 years ago. She has been training Postural Integration therapists since 1999. Bev has an in depth knowledge of the bodymind from a anatomy and physiological perspective, as well as a psychological perspective, and in particular the direct relationship between the two. She incorporates both western and eastern knowledge to wellness in her healing practices.
Bev is very well known, loved and respected for her workshops on Emotional Gym, Body-mind, Survivor Workshop for victims of rape, assault, hi-jacking and robbery, training of Primary school teachers, and appeared on various television and radio programmes.
