Qi Gong for Integrated Health, Vitality and Wellbeing
Qi Gong is a series of practices that date back 5000 years. The practice of Qi (energy) Gong (work or cultivation) is based on the meridian energy system which is used in acupuncture treatments. Students learn how to synchronize their breath, intention, visualization, and gentle movement to open their meridians or channels of energy that can get congested or blocked when we are stressed or simply living full lives in these busy times. These workshops offer potent, easy to learn practices.
