Qi Power Yoga

Thankful and incorporating a honest, modest but fully engaged passionate Qi Power Yoga Experience,

Adrian will open with the internal art of cultivating Qi through short series of repetitive movements that

can be fully learn in this workshop. Then Inez will pick up guiding you through a challenging series that

will transform your body, mind and spirit. Integrating rhythmic breathing and conscious movement with

a thoughtful and prepared musical journey, the Asanas dance linked in a dynamic, harmonious , flowing

cycle that is designed to cultivate heat, stamina and flexibility strengthening in physical body, allowing

the curious mind to let go and the ethereal spirit to simply be.

Like wizards we need to focus our energy first and learn to move it properly so when it come the time to

spread it, within and out, we create magic!
