Aside from the 200 RYT Alliance program, the emphasis on the this program will be:

It is going to be in Qi Yo's Ayurveda retreat center in Kerala.

Kerala's Kalaripayattu is one of the oldest fighting systems in existence. Kalaripayattu includes strikes, kicks, grappling, preset forms, weaponry and healing
