Qigong & Hatha Yoga retreat on a sunny Cycladic island
This retreat at a seafront family venue combines Qigong and Yoga to create a holistic, deeply rejuvenating experience.

Yoga and Qigong should not start and stop on the mat or else these become very poor and "empty" disciplines. Therefore our itinerary provides enough time for you to optionally interact with the people and the environment outside the retreat's frame.
Additional activities will be offered to you during your stay, such as a boat excursion to the ancient settlement on Despotiko island and its breathtaking beaches and an optional, organized night-out to the neighboring cosmopolitan island of Paros.
We prefer to work in small numbers to get to know us better and have true results, therefore a maximum of 24 participants will be allowed. Every level practitioners are welcomed.
- You will come closer to a better understanding of the symbols behind the moves of Qigong and Yoga and will gain a clear experience of the energy flow these symbols activate when consciously utilized.
- You will learn a concrete Qigong sequence.
- You will shed new light on your known Hatha Yoga poses.
- You will rest and rejuvenate deeply in our venue right next to a sand beach with crystal clear water.
Adjusted to your age and fitness. Every level practitioners are welcomed.

An unspoiled countryside on a magical blue canvas, where you can enjoy cheerful times, relaxed moods, friendly people and pure fun until the morning. Antiparos is located very close to the cosmopolitan island of Paros, separated by a narrow strait of only 1.250m.
Antiparos is a quiet island with incredibly beautiful beaches, a few of which can only be reached on foot. It’s the biggest and the only populated one in a chain of small and isolated neighboring islands. Some of these islands were important centers of the ancient Cycladic period and archeological excavations are still taking place there. Short boat trips do transfers from Agios Georgios port to Despotiko Island for a day swim in its sandy and untouched beaches.
Antiparos is well known for its cave, located on the east side of the island, with an impressive large opening and great depth, home to huge stalactite and stalagmite formations, offering an unforgettable spectacle.
Antiparos town is a 20min drive from our venue. Its infrastructure includes a small port, two marinas, a post office and banks and there is also a small medical center and a pharmacy. There are all kinds of elegant shops, cafes, bars, and restaurants, many of which boast of their gourmet cuisine. The town is quiet during the day, but in the evening its central stone-paved street bursts with life, people dining or having a drink all along.
On Antiparos one can choose among or combine stylish holidays, exciting excursions, solitary times, crowded fun and carefree living.
