AYURVEDA AND HEALTH
Examining the mind-body interface in light of Ayurveda and Yoga:

A “must” weekend full of wisdom, inspiration and friendship. Join us for a valuable retreat and take your practice or teaching skills to a higher and more individual level.

Angela Hope-Murray and Bhima love working together and will give you all their knowledge and joy.
Practical workshops will focus on the relationship between the 5 elements, body, emotions and examine what both Yoga and Ayurveda have to offer in diagnosis and healing optimisation. The Yoga will examine how and what exercises to adopt for particular body/mind types. Included is an Ayurvedic cooking workshop where you will, hands on, learn how to cook energising and tasty food.

Angela Hope-Murray has trained widely in all aspects of complementary medicine over the last 30yrs. She is an Ayurvedic practitioner MSc, Podiatrist HPC reg, Musculo-skeletal specialist BSc Ost and author of Ayurveda for Dummiesand Healing with Ayurveda. For the past 20 years she has been teaching around the world with dedication and enthusiasm.
