Raw Food & Yoga Retreat Day
Taught by certified raw food instructor Diann Fletcher Jones and certified Yoga teacher Sandra Hayes, this will be a day of ultimate self care.
2 full Yoga sessions, deep relaxation/Yoga Nidra, talk about raw food nutrition and a full raw lunch, snacks and desserts.

Indulge yourself for a day of ultimate self care.
This day involves an introductory talk on Raw Food by certified Raw Food Instructor Diann Fletcher Jones. You will be enjoying a full raw lunch, snacks and desserts throughout the day.
You will also be offered 2 Yoga sessions - one energizing class to stimulate your mind and body and, later in the day, a gentle, restorative session to calm and balance the whole system, finishing with a deep relaxation.
Approximate breakdown of the day:
9.45 - 10am - Arrival & welcome
10 - 11 am - Introductory talk on raw food, including fresh juice and smoothie
11 - 12.30 Yoga, Breathing & Relaxation
12.30 - 2 pm Raw lunch & free time
2 - 3pm Yoga & Relaxation
3 - 3.30 Herbal teas & raw snack
3.30 - 4pm Guided relaxation/Yoga Nidra
4 - 4.30pm raw chocolates, herbal tea, Q&A
The overall aim of the day is to provide an relaxing environment for the nourishment of body, mind and soul
Cost for the day, including food is 75 euro.
