Come and celebrate earth’s elements inspired by nature, as we step into a day to open our hearts and radiate calmness. Enjoy a day to find space to reflect, relax and renew.
You will be inspired by the gorgeous mountain setting the Yoga Shack is engulfed in. A Spring Renewal Yoga Retreat of Flow, Yin, Restorative combined with gentle movemnt of Qi gong and Meditation. Julie Chaplin is a certified Chinese Medicine therapist and will guide us through paired acupressure points to stimulate relevant seasonal meridian channels improving our health and wellbeing.
You will Spring into balance this season and develop a rhythm that helps lighten your mind body & emotions through the summer.
Throughout the day you can expect a multi dimensional day that combines:
* 2 yoga sessions (Hatha Flow & Yin/Restorative)
*tools to help you in daily living how you react to challenging situations
*a fun exercise of intention setting and letting go of the old
*knowledge of, and hands on acupressure
*Chinese Medicine elements for healthy living
