His Holiness Swami Adhyatmananda, a world renowned teacher of Yoga, will be in residence at the Kula Kamala Foundation Ashram in Reading PA, teaching a portion of the 200 hour residential yoga teacher training and leading Satsang for interested individuals. Join us as Swamiji shares the wisdom of Yoga & the secret to attaining peace & happiness.

Full Description

Here at "Reading's Own Deep Dive Into Yoga" attendees will gain first hand knowledge of eastern yogic wisdom, through the teaching of Swamiji. Swamiji has spent his life studying the Veda, Upanishad, Bhagavad Gita and a variety of Sutra. Swamiji is a monk in the Sivananda Lineage and is the head of the Sivananda Ashram in Ahmedabad, India.

This event benefits interested students and Yoga teachers both new and advancing. Learn about authentic teaching, accurate understanding of the scriptures of Yoga, chanting, and more. This program can be used for CEU for Yoga Alliance registrants.

Kula Kamala Foundation is honored to host his Holiness Swami Adhyatmananda Ji, who has authored many books on Yoga, pranayama and meditation. Additionally several copies of His books and those of Swami Sivananda will be available for purchase.

Who should attend this training?

You should attend if your last training was over a year ago, as a student or teacher it is important to refresh and continue learning.

The Kula Kamala Foundation 200YTT is a fully integrated program that has been adopted by a four year university as a minor track inclusion. The program is steeped in alignment, anatomy, history, and spirituality.

Kula Kamala Foundation presents a Sivananda influenced, heart centered approach to practice, and focuses on Vedanta based integration of the six paths of traditional Yoga: hatha, raja, karma, bhakti, jnana, and tantra. Ayurveda is also a key component in our training program, which provides a core foundational knowledge, essential to those who desire to practice and / or teach yoga with experiential authenticity, mindfulness and skill.
