Morning Journaling for writing down your intentions and gathering your thoughts.
A ‘Great Deal of Bravery’ workshop for preparing to challenge viewpoints without emotionally exhausting yourself
A scrumptious picnic brunch to nourish ourselves and gather together.
Defence Against Doing All the Things: Creating Your Personal Self Care Plan for setting personal policies and learning to rest better.
A break, in which you are free to roam up Arthur’s Seat or downstairs to the cafe.
Unlimited cuddles from our resident care puppy, Snug.
An afternoon visualisation to help you find a place to recharge.
A Heroine Training Tea Party to connect with one another through literature and conversation.
A closing meditation. A gentle stretch to end the day focusing on how we can tap into our Hufflepuff to find the strength to do what is right, not what is easy.
