Recognizing Cold Depression
COLD DEPRESSION is the experience of emptiness that afflicts so many today. We feel a pressure to go-go-go and we feel increasingly at sea and overwhelmed. Although nothing specifically may seem “wrong” or whether everything seems out-of-whack, we feel caught, alienated, unconnected, and lonely. This is COLD DEPRESSION. Often we are unaware that it is afflicting us yet it is affecting our vitality and leading us to behave in ways that we otherwise would not.
Type of Event
Saturday, April 25 from 1:00-4:00.
Within Kundalini Yoga, there are very specific ways to counter COLD DEPRESSION. In this workshop, we will use the tools selected for this purpose and come to a place of connection. We will learn how to recognize COLD DEPRESSION within ourselves and others, and we will see how it affects and pervades our culture. Come prepared to work, bring a journal, and expect to receive the help you and your loved ones deserve in navigating this transitional period at the beginning of the Aquarian Era.
