Tired of adding more and more to your to-do list? Frustrated that you’re stuck in a busy loop and can’t get out of it? Looking forward to the holidays but worried about the ‘burn out’ and exhaustion that so many of us feel at this time of year? Then this workshop is for you!
Jointly led by life coach Danielle Brooker from The Daisy Patch and yoga and meditation teacher Sue Rahmani from Yoga For Now, Refresh & Recharge wellbeing workshops are all about the restorative benefits of integrating body, mind and spirit. Through a combination of life coaching techniques and principles from yoga, Danielle and Sue will share simple and practical strategies you can apply to your life immediately to help you:
• Feel more confident both personally and professionally
• Get stuff done without feeling exhausted
• Switch off from work each day and be more present with loved ones
• Feel lighter, happier and more energised
The workshop will incorporate a gentle yoga practice to get your body moving followed by group interactive coaching exercises and finishing with a guided meditation.
