How To Come Out Of The Winter Slumber And Re-Energise Your Life
Are you starting to feel like Winter is dragging on and you can’t wait for those first signs of Spring? You’re probably feeling a little slower, head is foggy at work, and you’re not quite going for as many runs or yoga classes as you had been a few months ago…
This is the ideal time of year to begin resetting and refreshing what it is you want – out of your work, your relationships, and your life. Chances are you recognise that you’re feeling stuck and blocked, and that you need to make changes in order to move forward, however too often the tendency is to dive straight into a quick-fix approach without integrating key elements that need to come together in order to obtain the sustainable result you’re really seeking.
In this unique integrative workshop led by life coach Danielle Brooker and yoga and meditation teacher Sue Rahmani we will focus on three key elements – your thoughts, your feelings, and your body. Through yoga, life coaching and meditation you’ll get the reset you need to come out of Winter hibernation and begin getting back the energy and focus you’ve been craving.
