The retreat will include a daily gentle Yoga class in the morning and an afternoon Yoga-Pilates class with meditation and 'Yoga Nidra' Relaxation. Yoga-Pilates classes revitalize, strengthen and center your being. The retreat is suitable for most levels as yoga postures are a gentle to moderate level.

Our chefs are experienced and eager to offer you the freshest, most tasteful and healthy meals. From our "table d'hôte" you may choose to eat vegetarian or non vegetarian meals. Just like at a friend's place, there are no menus, yet we make sure to know what you like and dislike!

Meals are served either in the jungle dining room or in the privacy of your own balcony table.


Part of your retreat is enjoying a Relaxing massage or a Deep tissue massage. Other treatments are available onsite.
