About Ceri and Bev
Ceri has been practicing yoga for over thirty years. A fully qualified and insured teacher since 2003, she draws on range of yoga styles her own practice and teaching, including Sivananda, Viniyoga and “yoga flow”. Her sessions are tailored to the needs of each person in the class and are suitable for absolute beginners and those with more experience of yoga. Ceri has taught in UK, Mexico and Spain in diverse settings from yoga ashram retreats to luxury spa hotels to school halls …. Wherever,
the sessions work towards releasing stress and tension, developing mindfulness, muscle strength, flexibility and body awareness. The focus is on breath, movement and most of all fun.
Bev started falling in love with yoga about eight years ago, enjoying a variety of styles with different teachers. In 2015 she went travelling and whilst in India completed a Yoga Alliance credited teaching course in Ashtanga and Vinyasa flow. Initially this was to deepen her own practice. However this has developed into a love of teaching and she teaches several classes on a weekly basis. She returned to India at the end of last year completing a course on Yoga Nidra and a further 100 hours training in yin yoga.
Bev is still a work in progress and loves that there is always so much to learn about yoga in its many forms. She is passionate about the sense of well-being that yoga can give on all levels and believes that yoga is for everyone.
