One day Mini-Yoga Retreat at Blunsdon House Hotel, Swindon, Wiltshire.
The day will provide a mixture of Vinyasa Yoga, Restorative Yoga and Pilates Practice. Free access to pool and spa facilities is also provided.

Relax and Rejuvenate with our one day yoga mini retreat
Our one day mini retreat on the 3rd September 2016 will provide a mixture of developmental yoga practice, pranayama and relaxation.
The mini retreat is suitable for both beginner and improvers to yoga; and for those who would like to develop their yoga postures whilst exploring pranayama, mediation and deepened relaxation. The day will also provide an introduction to the practice of Pilates to further aid the development of core muscles.
Format for the day:
The day will start at 10am with a dynamic mixed vinyasa based session (incorporating elements of Ashtanga yoga primary series), for approximately 1hr 45 min. This class will then conclude with relaxation.
After a short break, a 30 minute session focusing on the development of uddiyana bandha and nuli. After breaking for lunch you will be lead through an introductory Pilates class which will be suitable for both beginner and improver levels.
Pranayama (breathing techniques) and an introduction to meditation will follow and the day will finish with a restorative yoga session.
All retreat members are welcome to use the hotel spa and fitness facilities as you will be provided with a free guest pass.
