This series introduces yogic breathing exercises designed to help you relax and deepen your meditation practice. A brief period of gentle yogic movements is followed by a period of meditation and deep relaxation with the gong.

This series will introduce yogic breathing exercises designed to help you relax and deepen your meditation practice. A brief period of gentle yogic movements (that can be done while seated) will help you release stress, while creating stamina and a sense of calm. Each week we will have a period of meditation based on a variety of traditions including Christian contemplative prayer, mindfulness, and yoga. A period of deep relaxation with the sound of the symphonic gong will help you become calm, and clear in the face of stress and change.
If you prefer to meditate seated on the floor, please bring a yoga mat, pillow and blanket for comfort.
