This series introduces yogic breathing exercises designed to help you relax and deepen your meditation practice. A brief period of gentle yogic movements is followed by a period of meditation and deep relaxation with the gong.

This series features yogic breathing exercises designed to help you relax and deepen your meditation practice. A brief period of gentle yogic movements (that can be done while seated) helps you release stress, while creating stamina and a sense of calm. A variety of traditions including Christian contemplative prayer, mindfulness, and yoga inspire the weekly meditations. Deep relaxation with the sound of the symphonic gong quiets your mind and helps you become clear in the face of stress and change.
If you prefer to meditate seated on the floor, please bring a yoga mat, pillow and blanket for comfort.
